Description：
XY-R868-L0 and XY-RMA625-L0 are advanced rosin flux pastes which are halogen free and can be used in no-clean process. High quality solvents and nonionic polymer surfactants are adopted for the formula with advanced modified rosins. High physical stability is reached for long term storage. And the heat resistance of the vital contents ensures the broad process temperature compatibility for various solders with different composition and melting temperature. They are widely applied in fields demanding high reliability such as aerospace and high end microelectronics.
